Terms & Conditions
Last updated August 14, 2026. These terms govern your use of Rich Kids University, operated by Legacy Enterprises.
1. Who you are contracting with
Rich Kids University ("RKU", "we", "us") is a service operated by Legacy Enterprises. When you create an account, enroll a student, or purchase a membership, you are entering into an agreement with Legacy Enterprises.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, enrolling a student, purchasing a membership, or continuing to use the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are enrolling on behalf of a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and are of legal age to enter this agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
3. What we provide
RKU provides an online learning membership for students in three age bands (Discoverers, Voices, Torchbearers), including live weekly instruction delivered over video conference, a recorded lesson library, assignments and grading, a student dashboard, and the Parent Academy. Course content, schedules, instructors, and event dates may change as the program evolves.
4. Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account and any student seats you invite. Family memberships are limited to the number of student logins stated at purchase; logins may not be shared beyond your household.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. Prohibited activity includes, without limitation: unlawful use; fraud, spam, or harassment; infringing anyone's intellectual property; uploading malware; probing, scanning, or interfering with the security or integrity of the platform; scraping or bulk-extracting content; and recording, redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing lessons, recordings, or course materials.
6. Intellectual property and licence
All curriculum, recordings, syllabi, worksheets, software, and branding remain the property of Legacy Enterprises or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for the personal educational use of the enrolled student(s) during an active membership. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the platform. Work your student submits remains theirs; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it so we can deliver grading and feedback.
7. Payment, subscriptions and cancellation
Payments are processed by our payment provider, which handles billing, currency, sales tax, invoicing and receipts on our behalf. Their name may appear on your card or bank statement alongside ours. Memberships are recurring and renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy.
8. Service level
We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Live sessions may occasionally be rescheduled, and third-party services such as video conferencing may be unavailable for reasons outside our control.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations, including conduct that disrupts a live class or endangers other students. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. On termination, access to memberships and course materials ends; you may request an export of your student's submitted work within 30 days.
10. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Legacy Enterprises against claims arising from content you or your student submits, from unlawful use of the service, or from your breach of these terms.
12. Educational content disclaimer
Financial literacy and entrepreneurship courses are educational. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in them is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Decisions your family makes are your own responsibility.
13. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
