Refund Policy

No refunds
Memberships are non-refundable — including partial months, unused months and annual plans. Before you enroll you can read the full course catalog, the university calendar and the Parent Academy schedule, and we answer any question by email so you can make the decision with everything in front of you. Cancelling stops future billing rather than refunding payments already taken.
How to cancel
Cancel in under a minute, any time:
- Sign in and open your billing page.
- Select “Cancel membership” and confirm.
- You will receive a cancellation email, and access continues through the period you have already paid for.
Other ways to cancel
You can also cancel from the billing portal linked in your receipt email. If anything gets in your way, email nicole@richkidsuniversity.com and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access through the period you already paid for.
Renewals and plan changes
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled, and we email a receipt on each renewal. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us — we handle those case by case and are generous about it. Switching between monthly and annual, or between age bands, is prorated immediately rather than refunded.
Events and workshops
Parent Academy workshops and regional events that carry a separate fee can be refunded up to 48 hours before the event start time. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may attend the new date or receive a full refund.
